Began his career with Steelage Industries Limited, Minimax Division - pioneers in the field Fire protection, presently known as Gunnebo. Mr. Kalyan became the Regional Sales Manager and went on to bag the best salesman of the year twice. He started his own consulting firm extending services to apply human potential in the domain of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE). He has helped more than 1100 senior executives of various organisations and more than 2000 business owners in developing a powerful safety structure for them. His specialization includes competency in conducting Third party / Neutral safety audit.
Mr. M S Sriram has a career experience spanning for over 4 decades of handling a variety of strategic roles. He has served companies like Gunnebo, FirePro, and Nitin fire where he handled specialized products like AFT water mist systems. He served as the Vide President (Sales and Marketing) in Ravel Electronics Pvt Ltd for nearly 6 years. After which he became the Executive Director for the Ravel Group of Companies. He is now a freelance Soft Skills Enabler and soon will be certified by a reputed institute which is accredited by NABET (National Accreditation Board for Education and Training, Govt of India) and SQA (Scottish Qualifications Authority, UK).
Having over 35 years of professional experience in supply Chain management functions covering Sugar Industry, Confectionery, Entertainment Electronics, Power plants and Pharma. Mr. Ramanan is well versed in the field of transit safety, ware house and storage Safety , Health and Environment (SHE). He was a core member of the corporate CSC (Central Safety Committee) in M/s Orchid Pharma Ltd. Conducted Safety audits of Chemical and solvent industries.
He is an expert in home safety which includes kitchen safety, fire hazards, storage at home, spillage and safety measures required in house hold works. Child safety, awareness on road safety and dealing with strangers are also key areas.
He is also well versed in areas of Desk top safety, Hygiene practices and travel safety.
Spanning with the experience of over 2 decades, Dr. Srinivas Subramanian is an expert in: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Research & Development, Quality Assurance, Process Improvement studies, Guiding/ leading/ Mentoring young post-graduates.
A well organized and skilled HSE professional from Aviation background with deep knowledge of HSE Training and Development, contextual in documentation work, JSA, HAZID, RAMP Safety, Aircraft and Airport hazard identification & initiating control, WAHR, Safety Audits, Inspections, Surveillance & Profiling, Aircraft Security Control, Passenger Screening and Hold baggage screening.
