Kalyan Raman Ramamurthy
Began his career with Steelage Industries Limited, Minimax Division - pioneers in the field Fire protection, presently known as Gunnebo. Mr. Kalyan became the Regional Sales Manager and went on to bag the best salesman of the year twice. He started his own consulting firm extending services to apply human potential in the domain of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE). He has helped more than 1100 senior executives of various organisations and more than 2000 business owners in developing a powerful safety structure for them. Mr. M S Sriram has a career experience spanning for over 4 decades of handling a variety of strategic roles. He has served companies like Gunnebo, FirePro, and Nitin fire where he handled specialized products like AFT water mist systems. He served as the Vide President (Sales and Marketing) in Ravel Electronics Pvt Ltd for nearly 6 years. After which he became the Executive Director for the Ravel Group of Companies. Having over 35 years of professional experience in supply Chain management functions covering Sugar Industry, Confectionery, Entertainment Electronics, Power plants and Pharma. Mr. Ramanan is well versed in the field of transit safety, ware house and storage Safety , Health and Environment (SHE). He was a core member of the corporate CSC (Central Safety Committee) in M/s Orchid Pharma Ltd. Conducted Safety audits of Chemical and solvent industries.

Paresh Chandra Ghosh, retired Director (Physiology & Ergonomics), has over 40 years of experience under the Ministry of Defence, Health & Family Welfare, and Labour & Employment, Govt. of India. He holds multiple degrees, including B.Sc (Physiology Hons.), M.Sc (Physiology), M.Sc (Eng.) from IISc Bangalore, and specialized training in Radioimmunoassay & Ergonomics. A faculty for MBBS, MD, Physiotherapy, and Occupational Therapy, he has been an examiner, paper setter, and Ph.D. guide across various universities. He has chaired and been a member of multiple professional bodies like UPSC, BIS, and NIITE and received prestigious awards like the L&T Oration Medal.
